These apartments are situated in a development where all properties enjoy a spectacular sea view and are all facing the wonderful white sandy beach of Cumbuco. They also enjoy a lush tropical garden setting with 3 swimming pools and separate sections for children. The complex is located directly on the beach and offers direct private access right onto the sand.

The apartments are within a few minutes walk of the little fishing village of Cumbuco with a variety of restaurants, small supermarkets and various other shops. Its only 30 minutes by car (45 minutes by bus) to the wonderful city of Fortaleza. Fortaleza offers everything from modern shopping centers to many fabulous bars and restauraunts which give the city a vibrant feel and also create a great night life.
