These magnificent new luxury apartments for rent in Cumbuco are located in a fantastic beachfront complex with incredible sea views and direct access to the fabulous white sandy beach. There are a total of 24 apartments of which 16 are two bedroomed and the 8 penthouse apartments on the top floor have three bedrooms.

The beautiful swimming pool area (32 meters) is located at the front of the apartments and has separate sections for children.
In the case of DREAM OCEAN VIEW it is not a question of the distance to the beach - it is on the beach.
The apartments are within a few minutes walk of the little fishing village of Cumbuco with a variety of restaurants, small supermarkets and various other shops. Its only 30 minutes by car (45 minutes by bus) to the wonderful city of Fortaleza. Fortaleza offers everything from modern shopping centers to many fabulous bars and restauraunts which give the city a vibrant feel and also create a great night life.
The apartments on the ground floor and the first floor have 2 bedrooms and 2 fully equipped bathrooms (one bedroom is ensuite)a spacious living room area with an open plan kitchen seperated by a breakfast bar. These spacious apartments are 100m2 inside and also have a large terrace of 36 m2 on the ground floor apartments and 18m2 in the apartments on the first floor. You can walk directly into the swimming pool from the apartments in the ground floor.
These apartments are fully equipped with air conditioning, fitted kitchen with all neccessary appliances, modern furniture and radio / TV. Internet is available by WiFi and there is the security of entrance control to the complex and reception 7 days a week / 24 hours.
Discounts will be considered for stays of 2 weeks or longer
Extras to be paid include electricity usage and cleaning of apartment before departure.
Electricity will only be a small costcharged at R$1 per KWhr, depending on your use of the airconditioning.
