Valid Driver's License issued within 2 years at least;

Credit Card with available limit (immediate release);

Payment for amounts above R$ 150.00 divided in up to 3 installments w/o interest;

Dailies charged within a period of 24 hours;

The return of the vehicle should be made with a full fuel tank;

Allowance of 1 hour is granted on the return of the vehicle without any
extra-charges. Above this limit and 1/6 of a daily will be charged per
hour late to the limit of six hours, after which a full daily will be
charged;

In case the vehicle will be picked-up late, the client should
contact the shop where pick-up is awaited as the reservation will be
maintained up to one hour after the agreed time to return the vehicle,
after which it will be made available to other clients;

Upon the need to extend rental the client should inform the shop in order to enable it reschedule its fleet;

In case the client desists from renting the vehicle, inform the shop
with minimum notice of 6 hours, which will leave client free of any
charges. In case the shop is informed with notice of less than 6 hours,
or is not informed at all, a daily free-mileage fee based on the
current counter rates, as well as a driver's daily, will be charged;

In the case of accident, collision or any other event while the
vehicle is rented, the client must fill-out the accident/incident
notice, obtain a police report, and drive the vehicle to the shop when
drivable, to enable the shop take the due measures. If the vehicle is
not drivable, contact the call center to enable the due measures to be
taken;

If the event of theft or robbery, immediately contact the call center (85 3318 7333) to enable the due measures to be taken.
